Fast Eaton (Baoji) Light Duty Transmission Co., Ltd. (FAST-EATON Baoji Company) is a joint venture between Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd. and Eaton Corporation of the United States. The registered address of the JV is Baoji High-tech Zone Automobile Industrial Park. The capital is 200 million RMB, of which Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd. invested 102 million RMB, with a shareholding ratio of 51%; Eaton Company invested 98 million RMB, with a 49% stake. It mainly develops, manufactures, assembles, tests, sells and services the transmissions of light duty commercial vehicles (trucks and buses), related transmission components and after-sales parts, and subsequently introduces its light duty AMT and other light duty intelligent transmissions into the joint venture company.

At present, the total investment is 2 billion RMB. The construction period is from May 20, 2018 to July 2019. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 500,000 light duty commercial vehicle transmissions. It is estimated that the annual sales revenue will not be less than 2 billion RMB.

The factory is located in Baoji High-tech Zone Automobile Industrial Park, which is conducive to clarifying the automobile industry foundation of Baoji City, improving the layout of Baoji automobile industry, further optimizing the international production cooperation environment of Baoji, and forming the demonstration effect of the world's top 500 famous enterprises. It will bring new development opportunities and promote Baoji City to carry out all-round and in-depth cooperation with more internationally renowned enterprises in the fields of automobile, engineering machinery, new energy and international trade, and accelerates the upgrading and enhancement of Baoji industrial structure.
